Participant Registration
Early / Pre-Registration (strongly encouraged)
Three ways to register:
1. Online: Pre-register online Please note that a processing fee applies.
Closes 8/4/12 from 3pm-6pm
2. In-Person the day before: You can register in-person at Eugene Crossfit on 8/10/12.
3. In-Person the day of: You can register in-person at Eugene Crossfit on 8/11/12.
Register on race day, Saturday, August 11, at Eugene CrossFit from 7:45-8:45 a.m.
Registration Fees
- Early Registration: 5k $10.00 / 10k $15.00 per person **all early registrants will receive a t-shirt and goody bag
- Day-of-Race Registration: 5k $20.00 / 10k $25 *Race t-shirt & goody bag not guaranteed for those registered after July 27th
- Checks preferred/cash OK. Sorry, no credit cards will be accepted day of event.
Race Packet & T-shirt Pick-Up
Pre-registered participants can pick up their race packets and T-shirts (if pre-ordered):
- Early packet pick-up: Eugene Crossfit, August 10th, between 3 pm. - 6 p.m. All team captains are strongly encouraged to pick up their team members' race packets during this time. Please note that team captains are responsible for distributing the packets to their team members. Please bring a photo ID and/or the e-mail confirmation you received if you registered for the race online.
- Race Day Packet pick-up: Eugene CrossFit August 11, between 7:45 a.m. - 8:45 a.m. Bibs will be filed by event activity (5 &10k Run & Walk) and by last name. Look for the registration table!
- Bag check will be available for participants on the day of event!
